Ingredients 1 whole chicken, or pieces of chicken 1 teaspoon of salt olive oil garlic (a lot of it; either 2 or 3 cloves of diced, parsley (a little bit to your taste) 1 cup of orange juice |

Wash the chicken. Use a pyrex cooking pan. Place the chicken in the pan. Grease the outside of the chicken with olive oil. Apply the parsely all over the chicken, but make sure not to add too much. Pour the orange juice over all of the chicken. Then place in oven at 350°, for 2 ½ hours. |
