Chicken with Garlic Recipe

1 whole chicken, or pieces of chicken

1 teaspoon of salt

olive oil

garlic (a lot of it; either 2 or 3 cloves of diced,
or 3 tablespoons of minced garlic)

parsley (a little bit to your taste)

1 cup of orange juice


Wash the chicken.

Use a pyrex cooking pan.
Grease the pan with olive oil.

Place the chicken in the pan.
With a knife make some cuts, or holes in the chicken.

Grease the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
Apply the salt and garlic all over the chicken.

Apply the parsely all over the chicken, but make sure not to add too much.

Pour the orange juice over all of the chicken.

Then place in oven at 350°, for 2 ½ hours.
