A Recipe for hot chocolate with marshmallows.

Can be had for breakfast, or with Churros in the afternoon.

Ingredients

4 cups of milk
5 spoons of cocoa (100% cocoa)
¼ cup pf sugar
½ small cinnamon sticks
a pinch of salt
4 spoons of 100% pure corn starch
a bag of miniature marshmallows

Pour the milk into a large non-stick pot.

Dissolve the corn starch in a cup with some of the cold milk. Then add it to the pot with the rest of the milk.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the marshmallows) to the pot.

Bring to a boil on a low fire, constantly stirring until it is a little bit thick.

Serve it hot into large coffee mugs, and add some miniature marshmallows on top.
